H.E. Khensur Tokden Rinpoche
H.E. 2nd Tokden Rinpoche was born in Kham, Tibet (1943) and entered Drepung Monastery at age 9. He attained the highest Geshe Lharampa degree in 1981 and later studied at Gyuto Tantric Monastery. Recognized across all four Tibetan Buddhist schools, he is highly praised by H.H. the 14th Dalai Lama, who entrusted him with spreading Buddhism across the Himalayan region. Since 1991, Rinpoche has also taught extensively in Europe and the United States.
Appointed by H.H. Dalai Lama, Rinpoche served as Abbot of Rato Monastery (1993), Gyuto Monastery (2005), and Drepung Monastery (2008). As an ex-Abbot of Gyuto, Rinpoche is in the lineage leading to Gaden Tripa, the supreme head of the Gelug tradition. Currently, Tokden Rinpoche is next-in-line as Sharpa Choje. Rinpoche is also just enthroned as the Drepung Tripa, which is the role recognized as one of the outstanding seven direct disciples of Je Tsongkhapa.
Rinpoche received key teachings and empowerments from H.H. Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche and 6th Yongzin Ling Rinpoche, tutors of H.H. the Dalai Lama. A pure and accomplished practitioner, he holds major lineage transmissions and is a highly respected teacher. Rinpoche has taught at Manjushri Center (London), Georgia (USA), Thailand, Taiwan, and the Himalayan regions, earning deep reverence from Drepung, Sera, Gaden, Rato, and Tashi Lhunpo monasteries and nunneries. We are fortunate to receive guidance from such a highly realized master.
尊贵的堪苏多典仁波切
尊贵的第二世多典仁波切于1943年出生在西藏康区，9岁时进入哲蚌寺，1981年考取格西拉然巴最高学位，随后进入吉尊密宗学院深造。仁波切在藏传佛教四大教派中广受尊敬，深受第十四世达赖喇嘛赞誉，并受托弘扬佛法于喜马拉雅地区。自1991年起，仁波切也广泛赴欧美各地传法。
在达赖喇嘛尊者的委任下，仁波切先后担任热振寺住持（1993年）、上密院住持（2005年）、哲蚌寺住持（2008年）。作为上密院前住持，仁波切承袭格鲁派最高领袖——【甘丹赤巴】的传承，目前仁波切是夏巴曲杰（夏巴法王）的下一任继承人。
仁波切依止的上师包括至尊赤江仁波切及第六世经师林仁波切（尊者达赖喇嘛的两位导师），广受重要法教与灌顶。仁波切持守清净传承，修行精深，堪称当代大成就者之一，深受敬仰。仁波切曾长期于伦敦文殊中心（FPMT）、美国乔治亚州、泰国、台湾及喜马拉雅地区弘法，并在哲蚌、色拉、甘丹、热振、扎什伦布等大寺院及尼众寺院中享有极高威望。我们何其有幸，能亲近如此殊胜的大师，与如此具德的上师结缘，是我们的莫大福报。
