Important Advice for Your Action:

Please read the below carefully for your action points. Thank you for your kind attention.

1. Individuals are responsible for applying one’s Tourist Visa to enter India. You may apply via: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/
2. Individuals are responsible for applying one’s Protected Area Permit (PAP) to enter Mundgod, South India. Application is free of charge. You may apply via: https://papvt.mha.gov.in/ (note: processing time 2 months). Pls submit a copy of your approved PAP and visa to GSDPL via email: evelyn@drophenling.com as soon as you have received it, or latest by 1st Sept 2024.
3. Individuals are required to book your own round flight from Singapore to Bangalore. GSDPL’s travel package only covers the India coach ride, food & lodging.
4. Do purchase your own travel insurance to cover medical and travel losses if any.
5. Individuals are to consult your doctor for travel clearance if suffering from any medical condition that requires care. Do remember to bring along one's own medications on the trip.
6. Registration is confirmed upon full payment, latest by 1st Sept 2024. Pls note no cancellations are allowed (no refund).
7. Individuals are required to pay for extra charges accordingly if one exceeds your baggage allowance for the flights.
8. Individuals agree to abide by the guidelines & regulations shared during the visit to the Monastery. When travelling, please stay within the group so we can help to take care of one another. Refrain from straying alone in foreign land.
9. Gaden Shartse Dro-Phen Ling (GSDPL) will not be responsible for any travel, medical or other losses / expenses incurred by any individuals on the trip.
10. By registering for this trip, individuals give your consent for GSDPL to process your personal data to organize your travel for this event (referencing the Personal Data Protection Act).
